About Kmbal transfers

Kmbal Ltd company is required by law to comply with FCA regulation and HMRC anti money laundering regulation when providing money transfer services.   1. Rules apply to you
    1. To send money using our service we we will ask you to provide some documents to prove that you are:
      1. At least 18-years-old.
      2. A UK resident.
    2. Your use of our services must not violate any applicable laws. You commit to us that your using of our service does not violate any laws applicable to you. You take responsibility for any consequences of your breach of this section.
    3. In case of high value or high volume of transactions we will ask you to provide some identification or commercial documents.
    4. Also we might ask you to provide some identification documents about the Receiver.
  2. Your Kmbal Account
    1. You will have an account with Kmbal Ltd which will only allow you to send money.
    2. We will not store or ask you to provide any bank or card details.
  3. Initiating a transaction
    1. You must log on your account using your log on details.
    2. You must use our calculator to check the currency rate and choose how much you want to send and see exactly how much you will need to pay to transfer the amount that you are about to send.
    3. You must provide the Receiver details
    4. You must transfer the exact money to our bank account or pay us cash in our branch.
    5. You must use your bank account to send us the transaction amount.
    6. You will receive a receipt from us shows your transaction details and the transaction number (TN).
    7. You must share the TN with the Receiver only
    8. The Receiver must collect the transaction from our branch in the Destination Country or get paid in his/her account.
    9. The Receiver must provide us with some government identification to be able to collect the transaction.
  4. Currency
    1. The currency will be converted at the time of the transfer and the Receiver will receive the foreign currency amount shown during the transfer process. We must receive your payment within 4 hours in the same working day when using our online service.
    2. All payments will be made in the currency of the Destination Country.
  5. Security
    1. You need to sign up on our website to use our online services.
    2. You will need your email address and a password.
    3. You MUST NOT share your log on details with anyone, it is your responsibility to keep them safe.
    4. You must notify us of any breach of security including unauthorised use of your username or password.
  6. Cancellation
    1. You can cancel your transaction before we receive your payment.
    2. If the Receiver has not collected his/her money for 14 days, the transaction will be cancelled and you will be refunded. In some cases some charges might be applied to cancel a transaction.
  7. Privacy
    1. We use a secure server to protect your personal information such as your name and address.
    2. Access to your personal information will be restricted to Kmbal employees who have a business reason to access this information.
    3. We will not save your card details or bank account details to keep your details more secure.
  8. Use of your information
    1. To carry out our obligations relating to your contracts with us and to provide you with the information and services that you request from us.
    2. To comply with with FCA and AMLR.
    3. To keep you up to date with our services and terms and conditions.
    4. Also to keep our services secure.
    5. To improve our services.
  9. Information security
    1. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our Services. You should use your own virus protection software. We cannot guarantee that our Services will be free from bugs or viruses.
    2. You must not misuse our Services. You must not misuse our Services by introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other materials which are malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Website, our servers, computers or databases. You must not attack our Website with any type of denial of service attack. By breaching this provision, you may be committing a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Website and/or our Services will cease.
  10. Service Access
    1. We will try to make sure our services are available to you when you need them. However, we do not guarantee that our services will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our Service without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our services are unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our services.
  11. To send money online
    1. Sign up and create an account with www.kmbal.com. Verify your account. Decide how much you want to send using our online exchange rate calculator. Confirm and pay the amount of money you want to send online.
    2. After we receive your payment we will carry on a compliance check if everything is good your money will be ready to collect by the Receiver. You can check the transaction status on your account.
    3. We will generate a transaction number for each transaction (TN) .You must not share the TN with any one except the Receiver.
  12. To receive money
    1. The Receiver will be asked to show some identification document that is recognised with the authority in the Destination Country. Also the Receiver will be asked to provide the transaction number TN.
  13. Suspicious Activities
    1. Kmbal Ltd has the right to stop any transaction that seems suspicious or does not comply with FCA rules and regulations.
  14. Updating of terms and conditions
    1. These terms are subject to be updated as rules and regulation will be updated by HMRC and FCA. However we will notify you if there is any change or update.
  15. Complaints
    1. If you have any complaints about our service please do not hesitate to contact us on info@kmbal.com.
  16. Closing your Kmbal Account
    1. You may close your Kmbal account at any time. You may end this Agreement and close your Kmbal account at any time by contacting us.
